Deleting your account
This translation is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.
What gets deleted?
When you delete your account in the app, the following data is deleted immediately and in full (requests made by email are processed within 30 days).
- Account information (the link to your Google or Apple account, email, name, profile)
- Nickname
- The check-in photos and check-in records you posted, captions, reactions
- Device token for push notifications and notification records
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
How do I make a request?
You can delete your account directly in the app. Open the app and tap Settings → Delete account, and the data above is deleted immediately. If you cannot open the app, please send an "account deletion request" to the address below from the Google or Apple account email you used to sign up.

To protect the essence of the Service (authenticity), check-in photos and records cannot be individually modified or deleted within the app, but when the account is deleted, all of your data is deleted together. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
